Mrs. Linda Faye Hill Brinson
Mrs. Linda Faye Hill Brinson, age 65, passed on Friday, August 27, 2021, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center after a brief illness.
    She was a Bulloch County native and retired from Briggs & Stratton of Statesboro.
    She was a graduate of Southeast Bulloch High School and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
    She is survived by her husband, Willie Brinson of Brooklet, Ga.; children, Salimah Johnson, Fatimah Johnson, ShaneeKah (Melvin) Perkins, all of Savannah, Ga.; Wali Johnson of South Carolina and Kazia Johnson of Brooklet, Ga.; stepdaughter, Chihaura Brinson; sisters, Ola Mae (Al) Perkins, Minnie Pearl Hunter, both of Statesboro, Ga.; Elosie Godbee of Savannah, Ga.; Louise (Micheal) Prather of Hinesville, Ga.; and Teresa Hill of Augusta, Ga.; brothers, Eddie (Sonya) Hill of Statesboro, Ga.; Johnny (Angie) Hill and Bill Hill, both of Washington, D.C.; brothers-in-law, Roy L. Brinson of Seattle, Wash.; Lonnie (Felicia) Brinson, Joseph Whitfield and Donald (Flo) Littles, all of Atlanta, Ga.; Jesse (Simone) Whitfield of Nuremberg, Germany; Minister Antonio (the Rev. Tamara) Whitfield of Chester, Va.; Charlie (the Rev. Mattie) Whitfield Jr. of Augusta, Ga.; sisters-in-law, Deborah (James) Allen of Statesboro, Ga.; Charlie (Chase) Whitfield of Atlanta, Ga.; and Kathleen Cunningham of Augusta, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
    A walk-through viewing will be held on Friday, September 3, 2021, from 3 until 6 p.m. in the Statesboro Chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Homes, Inc.
    A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 15 East Parrish Street, Statesboro, GA 30458.
    Due to COVID-19, we will adhere to social-distancing and we are requiring that a mask be worn if you plan to attend the viewing and celebration of life service.
