Mr. Nathaniel Perkins, age 67, passed away on Sunday, February 06, 2022, at Select Specialty Hospital in Savannah, Ga., after an extended illness.
He was a Bulloch County native.
He was a member of New Corinth Baptist Church of Nevils, Ga. He was a 1974 graduate of Southeast Bulloch High School.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Mattie Sue and Jesse Perkins; his uncles, Burnice (Verneta) Perkins, Melvin (Annie Will) Perkins, Emory Perkins, Jesse (Margaret) Perkins and George (Mae Ethel) Perkins; and one aunt, Shirley (Rubin) Mikell.
He is survived by his loving mother, Glinnis Pierce; and siblings, Alexander (Norma) Pierce, Gleneria (Joseph) Stoney and Johnny (Terra) Pierce. His surviving aunts are Geraldine (Thomas) Robinson, Annette (Graylon) Denson, Delores Jackson, Ada Williams, Shelby Jean Pierce, Willie M. (Fedy) Perkins-Arscott and Mary Alice (Ace) Hardy. Surviving uncles are J.W. (Gloria) Perkins, Ivory (Annette) Perkins, James Edward Perkins.
A walk-through viewing will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022, from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the Statesboro Chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Homes, Inc.
