Dr. Richard F. Todd, 80, of Sunrise, Florida, passed away January 12, 2019.
Visitation was held on Saturday. January 19, at Plantation Baptist Church, 11700 NW 28th Ct, Plantation, FL 33323 from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. followed by funeral services at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Lauderdale Memorial Park.
