Two teens who snatched a debit card from a senior citizen were arrested after someone recognized one of them from surveillance photos, police said. Robert Fleming, 17, of Pine Street, was on probation when he and a 16-year-old accomplice snatched a debit card from a 67-year-old man around 1 a.m. Feb. 3 after seeing the man withdraw money from an ATM on South Main Street, Statesboro Public Safety Director Wendell Turner said. Statesboro police distributed a photo of Fleming and the other teen to local media and posted it on the department's Facebook page, where Bill Martin, the juvenile program manager for the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice's Bulloch County Court Services Office, recognized Fleming.
