Workers put up a new sign at the Statesboro Mall on Northside Drive on Thursday. Though the temperature wasn't high, the crew still worked up a sweat preparing the new lighted, programmable sign, which will soon greet shoppers coming to the venerable retail outlet. The new sign isn't the only new addition the mall has seen lately - a new Starbucks coffee shop opened in its parking lot last month.
