Splash on schedule
Fred Hogan, owner of Fred Hogan Concrete based out of Sylvania, casts a shadow as he smooths out freshly poured concrete for the "Spray Pool" at Splash in the Boro Thursday. Construction of three new attractions at Splash – the Flowrider, Mat Racer and the Spray Pool – is on schedule and all are expected to be open for Memorial Day weekend.
