Bulloch County sheriff’s deputies said they arrested a man caught spying on juvenile females early Thursday morning.It wasn’t the first time he had done so, Sheriff Lynn Anderson said. Matthew Dillon Geiger, 22, of Beaver Creek Drive, was jailed on charges of Peeping Tom, loitering and prowling, and criminal trespass. A woman living on Beaver Creek Drive near Geiger’s home called sheriff’s deputies around 12:15 a.m. Thursday to report a man tapping on and peeping into the girls’ window.
