Statesboro Police are seeking a man they say forced a woman into a car at knifepoint Thursday. Warrants were issued for Willie Ira Coney, 58, on charges of domestic violence aggravated assault and kidnapping, said Wendell Turner, Statesboro public safety director. Coney reportedly argued with a 47-year-old woman at a Bobby Donaldson Avenue residence around 11:30 a.m. Thursday, he said.
