    Crystal Morris Watson, 29, Oak Road, Ellabell — theft by shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia.
    Chelsea D. Sherffield, 27, Raymond Street — permitting an unlicensed person to drive, marijuana possession.
    Chere’ Latice Anderson, 30, Raymond Street — defective taillight, no brakes or working signal, driving without a valid license, marijuana possession.
    Teresa Julie Robins, 35, The Lodge Apartments — wanted person.
    Jauntel Avetra Taffe, 23, Nassau Drive — marijuana possession.
    Minachim N. Ebere, 22, Rucker Lane — license class violation, driving without license on person, expired license, headlights violation, marijuana possession.

Incidents
    KALI’S FOOD MART — Police responded to a call about a burglary around 2:30 a.m. Sept. 8. A witness saw two men crouched behind bushes, and they fled. Later, a man was arrested in connection with the burglary. The report was not released until Tuesday.
    FRANKLIN CHEVROLET — A man told police around 9:30 a.m. Monday that he encountered a man at this location three times between Thursday and Sunday. He said the offender, whom he listed by name, made obscene gestures and yelled obscenities regarding an incident that took place in 2002 involving an employee of the complainant.
    MONARCH301 APARTMENTS — Police responded to a call about a sick person around 1:40 a.m. Sunday. A woman was taken to the hospital, and she was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
    EAGLE CREEK TOWNHOUSES — Police responded around 3:15 p.m. Monday to a complaint of several people outside, being loud, using profanities and disturbing others. A woman there was arrested for on outstanding warrants.

GEORGIA STATE PATROL
    Troopers reported the following activity for the week of Sept. 8-14.

Arrests
    James Enoch Rollins, 41, Rocky Ford — DUI/marijuana or controlled substance, failure to exercise due care, failure to yield after stopping.

Incidents
    Troopers issued four seat belt citations, one child restraint citation, one speeding citation and 16 total citations.
    Troopers also investigated 15 crashes with two reported injuries and issued 14 seat belt warnings, 15 speeding warnings and 56 total warnings.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Arrests
    Grace Ann Chambers, 17, Knight Drive — battery.
    Freddie Lynorris Holmes Jr., 18, Chandler Road — marijuana possession, marijuana possession with intent to distribute.
    Kaitlyn Danielle Pope, 18, Georgia Avenue — underage possession of alcohol.
    Ahmad Xavier Weeks, 22, Catherine Avenue — DUI, failure to maintain lane.

Incidents
    Officers issued one traffic citation and two traffic warnings and assisted 11 motorists Monday.
