“Boyles is an accomplished local government executive who has successfully led major initiatives, collaborated with the current city manager to advance strategic priorities, and built strong, collaborative relationships with the Elected Body and regional stakeholders. We look forward to working together to advance the City’s mission while improving the quality of life for Statesboro’s residents, businesses, and visitors.”
