    Courtney Childs, 17, Louisville Road, Millen — felony theft by shoplifting.
    Yasmin Tykela Young, 18, Toole Court, Millen — felony theft by shoplifting.
    Juan Leon Vargas, 45, Sandy Way — battery.
    Justin Allen, 20, Seckimick Street, Glennville – marijuana possession.
    Jerome Ernest Harvey IV, 31, S. Grant Street, Fitzgerald — public intoxication, disorderly conduct.

Incidents
    BELK — Two women shoplifted $366 worth of clothing by concealing them in a stroller.
    SUCCESS COURT — A man and woman physically fought with each other.
    HENRY STREET — A woman said her child’s father threatened her with bodily harm.
      FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS — A woman said someone threw fireworks at her door on two occasions.
    In a separate incident, a woman said she and a man fought physically.
    DISCOUNT BEVERAGE — A man said he saw another man steal a six pack of beer from his delivery truck.
    UNIVERSITY POINTE APARTMENTS — Someone stole a man’s Citadel class ring and keys.
    THE COVE AT SOUTHERN — Roommates argued and one threatened the other.
    SPLASH IN THE BORO — Someone stole a bottle of prescription pills form a purse in a vehicle.
    SANDY WAY — A man was arrested after a physical fight with his wife.

Arrests

    Ricky Ricardo Mobley, 18, West Jones Avenue — probation violation.
    Esclario Jamaal Holly, 20, Denmark Street — probation violation.
    Andrea Renee Lanier, 40, Jackson Branch, Sylvania  — probation violation.
    David Bruce Hall, 40, Ga. 24 — stalking, harassing phone calls.

Incidents
    BLACKBIRD DRIVE — (Statesboro) Someone shattered a car window with a rock.
    HONDA OF STATESBORO — (Ga. 67) Someone cut a fence and stole a 2001 motorcycle.
    ELDORA ROAD — (Ellabell) Excelsior EMC reported someone illegally reconnected power service that had been interrupted for nonpayment. Warrants are being issued for the listed suspect.
