Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests

Daniel Shane Helms, 42, Lyons Place, Macon – aggravated sexual battery, child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes.

Danny Gabriel Cuevas, 17, Old Register Road – theft by taking.

Jennifer Lynn Wilbon, 17, Bryan Still Road, Brooklet – theft by taking.

Chase Frank Coley, 21, Evergreen Road – probation violation.

 

Georgia State Patrol Arrests

DUI arrests – none.

Seatbelt citations – two.

Child restraint citations - none.

Speeding citations – none.

Total citations – five.

 

Georgia Southern University Arrests

Officers issued two citations Tuesday.

Tyler J. Kulamer, 18, Eagle Village - possession of a Schedule I substance, and criminal damage to property.

Morgan S. Carpenter, 20, North Bethaby Creek Drive, Alpharetta - possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I substance (LSD), possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I substance within 1000 feet of a school, and criminal damage to property,

Sean D. Levert, 18, Eagle Village - criminal damage to property.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents

HOPE BAPTIST CHURCH ROAD- (Statesboro) A man said another man he knows stole $500 and debit cards from his home.

COLFAX STATION DRIVE – (Statesboro) Deputies responded to a custody issue.

BENNETT GROOMS ROAD – (Brooklet) Someone stole a man’s gate.

JOE KENNEDY BOULEVARD – (Statesboro) A man and woman bragged to another about stealing a bike from Ogeechee Technical College and hiding it. The witness told deputies, who located the bike and arrested the culprits.

GA. 67 – (Statesboro) A man and woman argued and a resulting struggle ended with property damage.

LIVE OAK LANE CIRCLE – (Statesboro) A woman reported receiving threats about items left to her by her late husband in his will.

Crashes investigated – three.

Fatalities reported – none.

Total vehicle stops –nine.

Seatbelt warnings – four.  

Child restraint warnings – none.

Speeding warnings – two.

Wanted persons apprehended – none.

Georgia Southern University Incidents

Officers issued one warning, assisted seven motorists, and worked two accidents Tuesday.
 SANFORD HALL - Officers investigated a drug complaint.
WATSON PODS - An Eagle ID and two bank cards were reported missing from a room .

LAKESIDE CAFÉ - A book bag was taken from the cafe.

Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Tuesday:

Bulloch County EMS – one fire call and 15 medical calls.

Candler County EMS –one accident call, one fire call and four medical calls.

Evans County EMS –three medical calls.

Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls Tuesday:   two calls to Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, three calls to Bulloch County First Responders, two calls to Georgia Forestry Commission, a call to Bryan County 911, a call to Tattnall County 911, and a call to Emanuel County 911.
