    Shawn Patrick McGlamery, 21, Burkhalter Road — purchase, sale, distribution or manufacture of marijuana; marijuana possession, possession of drug-related objects, use of communications facility in commission of a felony involving controlled substances.

INCIDENTS
Statesboro Police Department
    DONNIE SIMMONS WAY — Officers responded to the Cedarwood program due to someone shattering a glass door. In a separate incident a student threw a computer and threatened an adult.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    CORRECTION: Due to an error on an incident report provided to the Statesboro Herald, the address of a previously reported burglary was incorrect. A SAM HENDRIX LANE woman reported the theft of a Sawzall, other tools and a storage cabinet.
    PINE STRAW COURT — A woman called deputies about a juvenile who said he did not want to go to school and did not clean his room. He left with his sister and the woman asked deputies to make sure he was in school. The school confirmed he was, but they were suspending him due to “a plethora of recent disciplinary issues.”
    OLD RIVER ROAD SOUTH — A man reported the theft of a four-wheeler.
    ZELL MILLER PARKWAY/VIRACON — A woman told deputies a man sent her messages that he would kill her or someone else if she did not get back into a relationship with him. She left him due to domestic violence, she said. He showed up at her work while she was in her car on break, and refused to leave. Plant officials asked deputies to serve the offender with a criminal trespass warning, as he had no business there. When deputies reached the offender, he claimed the woman sent him threatening messages as well.
    BRANNEN LAKE ROAD — A man said someone poured sugar into his vehicle’s gas tank. He listed suspects, stating he had issues with them in the past and had found water in his gas tank previously.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued one traffic citation, four traffic warnings and assisted six motorists.
    DINING COMMONS — Officers were called to handle a man who was eating food and not paying for it, and using profanity. The offender refused to remove ear phones when officers questioned him, and refused to walk outside, instead stating he was going to finish his latte. He did, but then gave police incorrect information and resisted arrest. However, after intervention by a superior officer, the offender was not arrested but judicially referred to school officials for disciplinary action.
    SOUTHERN PINES APARTMENTS — A man called police after being swindled out of money via an online dating scam.
