ARRESTS
    Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.
 
Statesboro Police
    Timothy Laquan Bacon, 26, Lanier Drive — suspended license, defective equipment.
    Angela D. Martin, 39, Johnson Street — wanted person.
    Samantha Nicole Headrick, 17, Aspen Heights Apartments — theft by shoplifting.
    Ronald Wells, 22, Johnson Street — improper use of turn lane, no license, cocaine possession, marijuana possession, obstruction and giving false information.
    Robert Jackson Douglas, 21, Indian Cove Drive, Thomson — public intoxication, disorderly conduct.
 
INCIDENTS
    Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol incidents occurring Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Statesboro Police
    STADIUM PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman said her neighbor approached her for sex for money around 4 p.m. Wednesday.
    KMART — A woman was caught shoplifting $40 worth of personal items around 6 p.m. Thursday.
    MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — A woman said a man struck her several times during an argument around 11 p.m. Thursday.
    THE FORUM — Police arrested a man who was intoxicated and was yelling at a woman while trying to grab something from her hands around 1:40 a.m. Friday.
 
Bulloch County Animal Shelter
    The shelter reported the following activity during the week of Feb. 17-23:
    Surrendered by citizens — 11 dogs and four cats from rural county areas; one dog from City of Statesboro.
    Collected by officers — 16 dogs and one cat from rural county areas; two dogs from City of Statesboro.
    Adopted from shelter —two dogs and two cats.
    Reclaimed by owners — two dogs.
    Died at shelter — none.
    Euthanized — 15 dogs and 13 cats.
    Fees collected — $280.
