    Kenyon Marcellous O’Neal, 29, Cail Street, Sylvania — failure to maintain lane, possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce).
    Adrian L. Gaines, 29, Remkin Avenue, Sylvania — seat-belt violation, driving without a valid license.
    Crystal Rebecca Winters, 34, Lafayette Street — theft by shoplifting (misdemeanor).
    Katoya Shanell London, 28, Lanier Drive — first-degree cruelty to children (two counts), reckless conduct (four counts).
    Chandler Ann McMillan, 17, Cowart Pond Road, Metter — theft by shoplifting (misdemeanor).

Incidents
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman told police around 12:10 a.m.  Wednesday that her sister poured flammable liquid on her car.
    CEDARWOD GNETS PROGRAM — Police responded to the school on Donnie Simmons Way at 1:30 p.m. Friday to a call about a student being unruly. The Department of Juvenile Justice was notified, and the juvenile was arrested on charges of disrupting a public school, simple battery and criminal trespass.
    CLUB 125 — Three men who would not stop yelling and refused to leave upon officer’s orders ended up being arrested around 12:15 a.m. Saturday. The officer was there initially to take a report about a woman striking a man in the nose, but the three men arrested disrupted the officer’s work and, by the time they were arrested, the battery incident offender had left the scene.
    MORRIS STREET — A woman told police around 9 a.m. Saturday that her son pushed her down and dragged her by the leg, causing injury, because she had no money to give him. Officers arrested the man after he tried to flee.
    CAMBRIDGE AT SOUTHERN — Officers were investigating a private property accident around 12:30 a.m. Friday when a car came speeding around a corner with a person hanging out the back door, yelling and screaming. That person was arrested.
