    Victoria Hope Digiorgio, 22, Statesboro Place Circle — marijuana possession.
    April L. Tomminelli, 27, North Lexington Avenue, Brooklet — felony theft by shoplifting.
    Betty Ann Law, 49, Wildwood Villas — contributing to the delinquency, unruliness or deprivation of a minor.
    Alejandro Mezquital, 22, U.S. Highway 301 South — driving without a license.
    THE FORUM — A woman told police around 7 p.m. Wednesday that an exit gate closed, catching her car as she drove through, causing damage.
    NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST APARTMENTS — A woman said a man threw a clay flower pot at her, causing injury. He said she threw it at him and he did not throw it back. Police responded around 4:30 p.m. Sunday for a second trip to the home regarding domestic violence. No one was arrested.
    FOOD WORLD — (Northside Drive West) A woman told police around noon Wednesday that someone stole her purse containing $600.
    WAL-MART — A woman was arrested around 6:15 p.m. Sunday for shoplifting about $355 worth of home items, $125 worth of personal care items and $332 worth of clothing.
    WILDWOOD VILLAS — A woman was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor between 12:01 a.m. Nov. 10 and 9:50 a.m. Nov. 22. The offender told a 20-year-old man and his family that her daughter was 16, when in fact she is 13. The man was arrested on charges of child molestation and statutory rape.
    COLLEGE BOULEVARD — A man reported a Smith & Wesson .40-caliber short barrel handgun stolen from a vehicle around 9:15 a.m. Wednesday.
    Shondra Patriese Summers, 24, Ridgewood Drive, Centerville, Ga. — identity fraud.
    Lavelton Markiee Morgan, 33, Packinghouse Road — cocaine possession with intent to distribute.
    YOUNGBLOOD ROAD — (Statesboro) A man told deputies around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday that someone used his identity to obtain a car loan in Alabama. He discovered the fraudulent incident had been conducted by his grandson.
    Brandon Malone Strickland, 20, Cameron Road, Sylvania — driving on the wrong side of the road, DUI under 21, violation of license restrictions.
    James Rothgeb Sipe III, 22, Tillman Road — DUI.
    Zachary Ryan Pevy, 24, Burkhalter Road — DUI (second offense), impeding traffic flow.
    Elise A. Biegler, 19, Statesboro Place Circle — underage possession of alcohol, obstruction.
    Blake Chancey Brunson, 19, Wendwood Drive — underage possession of alcohol.
    Officers assisted four motorists Wednesday.
    C-E-J OVERFLOW LOT — A man told police around noon Nov. 22 that he found chain mail and a hat he suspected was evidence in a recent robbery, in which someone snatched a hat filled with tip money from a man who drew chalk art on sidewalks. Police determined the items did belong to the robbery victim.
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — A woman reported the odor of marijuana around 4:45 p.m. Nov. 19. Officers responded and three men were arrested by the Statesboro-Bulloch Crime Suppression Team for possession of marijuana in wax form.
    PLANT DRIVE — (Lot 30) A man found asleep around 11:50 p.m. Nov. 28 in an improperly parked car was arrested for DUI.
    BURKHALTER ROAD/GOLF CLUB ROAD — A man was arrested for DUI after being stopped around 5:30 a.m. Sunday, then being aggressive with an officer and using profanity and racial slurs.
    CHANDLER ROAD — Police arrested a woman around 8 p.m. Saturday when she refused to obey orders and was combative during an arrest for underage possession of alcohol and obstruction.
    SOUTHERN PINES — Officers responded around noon Saturday to a domestic dispute in which a man claimed a woman, pregnant with his child, cut his hair and clothes and threatened to stab him because she suspected he was talking to his ex-girlfriend. She told police he trashed her room and was aggressive toward her, so she picked up scissors as a defense weapon. He was banned from campus.
