MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — Thursday around 5:15 p.m., police responded to a reported robbery by sudden snatching, Reports did not list details.
THE LODGE APARTMENTS — Around 12:30 a.m. Thursday, a man was arrested for false imprisonment, battery and criminal trespass. Reports did not list details of the incident.
THE LEGACY APARTMENTS — Around 6:30 p.m. Thursday, a woman said her sister broke plates during an argument.

The shelter reported the following activity during the week of Dec. 22-28:
Surrendered by citizens — 21 dogs and three cats from rural county; two dogs from City of Statesboro.
Collected by officers — eight dogs and one cat from rural county areas; two dogs from City of Statesboro.
Adopted from shelter — four dogs and three cats.
Reclaimed by owners — no dogs or cats.
Died at shelter — two dogs.
Euthanized — 18 dogs and four cats.
