    Terry Jamond Raymond, 21, Timber Road — stop sign violation, driving without a license, wearing headphones while driving.
    Jessica Brooke Barnwell, 22, North Cromley Road, Brooklet — DUI, open container, failure to maintain lane, driving without a license.
    Tawanya D. Eason, 42, Freedom Lane, Metter — suspended license.
    Kelton D. Phipps, 37, Palmetto Court — violating a protective order, criminal trespass.

Incidents
    WENDWOOD DRIVE — A woman reported a flag and pole stolen.
    EASON STREET — A man and woman argued over rent money, and someone called police.
    THE AVENUE AT SOUTHERN — A woman said someone stole her purse, which she had left on her porch for 45 minutes.
    DELUXE INN — A man rented a room for a night and refused to leave when his time was up. He was arrested on alcohol-related charges.
    SPLASH IN THE BORO — A woman said a man obtained her locker key from employees and stole a purse containing cash.
    JAMES STREET — A woman reported a pocketbook stolen from a car at the Elks Lodge. She said $120 and debit cards were in the purse.
    ORANGE STREET — A woman called police after arguing with her husband because he did not come home one night.
    CONNOR’S PLACE — A woman reported a man who had been watching her and stalking her for two months. Arrest warrants were issued for the man.
    HARVEY’S/FAIR ROAD — An unknown man stole $60 worth of lobster tail, and was not apprehended.
    H&H SERVICE CENTER — A woman left the premises without paying almost $200 in repair and service charges.

GEORGIA STATE PATROL POST 45
Arrests (Friday through Sunday)
    Troopers issued two seat belt citations, eight speeding citations and a total of 31 citations.

Incidents (Friday through Sunday)
    Troopers investigated 24 crashes with six reported injuries, stopped 39 vehicles, patrolled 1,426 miles and issued three seat belt warnings, 15 speeding warnings and 35 total warnings.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Arrests
    Officers issued three traffic citations Friday through Sunday.
    Joshua Benjamin Tillman, 23, Lanier Drive — driving a vehicle with a suspended registration and a stop sign violation. 
 
Incidents
    Officers issued two traffic warnings and assisted two motorists Friday through Sunday.
