Statesboro Police Arrests
    Wednesday and Thursday arrests will be published Saturday.

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    Jamie Denise Gunn, 33, Mallard Pond Road – truancy.
    Marvin Lewis Deal Jr., 39, Cricket Hollow Lane – simple battery.
    Marquels Cedregas Lee, 18, Cotton Avenue – robbery.
    Christopher Adrian Lee, 22, Cotton Avenue – robbery.
    Sandra Rose McDonaldson, 29, Big Bay Boulevard, Ellabell – simple battery.
    Christopher Michael Sillay, 22, University Place – failure to maintain lane, DUI.
    Richard Lee Yates Jr., 29, Big Bay Boulevard, Ellabell – reckless conduct.
    Vivian Renee Nelson, 34, Old Forge Lane, Brooklet – DUI, headlights violation, driving with a suspended license.
   
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued nine traffic violation citations Wednesday.
     
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Officers issued four traffic citations Wednesday.
    Marcus Elmer Hendrix, 22, Harvest Road, Metter - DUI, reckless driving, open container violation and expired tag.
          
Statesboro Police Incidents
    Incidents occurring Wednesday and Thursday will be published Saturday.
     
Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
    GA. 67 – (Statesboro) A man came home to find the door open, and a female in his family saw a light go out in a bedroom. However, deputies found no one inside when they arrived.
    HOPE COMMUNITY BAPTIST CHURCH – (Statesboro) Someone stole two lawn mowers.
    KENDRICKS ROAD – (Brooklet) A man was arrested for disorderly conduct.
    T&S DELOACH ROAD – (Statesboro) A man said he was jumped by three males after he left a party, because they did not like his cousin. The complainant went to the hospital the next morning for facial trauma.
    JERRY’S AUTO TRIM AND UPHOLSTERY – (Statesboro) A woman said a man pushed her during an altercation. All parties involved had been drinking, reports stated.
    HENRY FUTCH ROAD – (Pembroke) A man struck another in the face with his fist because the other man cursed at his wife. The other man was taken to the hospital by EMS for treatment of injuries.
    WEST WATERS ROAD – (Clito) A woman had her juvenile son arrested on charges of unruly juvenile, disorderly conduct, simple battery and criminal trespass.
    ARTHUR NUBERN ROAD – (Pembroke) A man said a woman pushed him during an argument.
    PINEMOUNT BOULEVARD – A woman said someone threw several eggs at her house and car.
    HENDRIX ROAD – (Brooklet) A man said a glass door was smashed with a concrete yard ornament, and some money was missing.
    T. H. LEE ROAD – (Clito) A woman said someone took a maroon Chrysler LHS and a 9mm pistol. A man was arrested in Jasper County, SC after a lookout was posted for the stolen car.
    MOORE ROAD – (Portal) A man told deputies his wife, who had been having an affair and just moved back in with him, became angry and struck him in the eye with a high heel shoe. A warrant was issued for her arrest.
    LIVE OAK LOOP – (Ellabell) A man said he and a friend were “verbally abused” as they walked down the road by a man shouting insults at them. They stopped and a fight ensued. All parties involved were advised of the warrant process and told to stay away from each other.
    J. U. WILLIAMS LANE – (Pembroke) A deputy responded to a complaint that a neighbor’s dog was chasing chickens. The complainant fired a gun toward the neighbor’s home, and was charged with reckless conduct.
    OAKFIELD DRIVE – (Statesboro) A deputy and Bulloch County EMS responded to a call about a “suspicious wound” and spoke with an extremely intoxicated woman who suffered a puncture to her arm, reports stated. She had older scars she told EMTs had occurred when she broke up a dog fight, and deputies and EMTs did not feel her explanation of walking into a door caused the wound. However, she denied treatment and law enforcement assistance.
    MILLER STREET EXTENSION – (Statesboro) Two juvenile sisters argued over one wearing the other’s shirt without permission. When deputies arrived to mediate the fight, they arrested one female for being uncooperative after she was arrogant and screamed at them in response to questions.
    WESTOVER DRIVE – (Statesboro) A man said he tried to end a relationship but the female involved refused to accept it and would not leave.
    OLD KENNEDY LANE – (Register) A man said he argued with his wife over a trip to Florida with family members. The woman said he had been pushing the dining room table into a wall during the argument, that he had hit her in the past; she was  tired of his verbal abuse and wanted him to leave for the evening.
    LANGSTON CHAPEL ROAD – (Statesboro) A man and woman argued over marital issues and someone called deputies. They agreed to separate.
    BECKY DRIVE – (Statesboro) A man called deputies because he “is tired of his neighbor talking to his girlfriend and making unwanted remarks,” reports stated. The alleged offender said he had been incarcerated for “some time and all he was doing is talking to her because it had been a long time.”
    DRY BRANCH VILLAGE – (Register) A domestic dispute escalated to the point someone called the law.
    OLD RIVER ROAD SOUTH – (Brooklet) A TV and camera were reported stolen.
    SHILOH DRIVE – (Brooklet) A man said somebody stole jewelry, coins, savings bonds, credit cards and a passport after kicking in the door to their home.
    DOEBERLY COURT – (Statesboro) A woman said a man who said his name was Chad, claiming to be from an alarm company (APX) told her that her current alarm system could not protect her.
           
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    Troopers issued 12 warnings, performed one road check, assisted one motorist and investigated one crash with no reported injuries Wednesday.
          
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Officers issued seven traffic warnings, assisted five motorists, assisted one sick person, assisted another agency with an accident, responded to two alarms and investigated one accident Wednesday.
    INTERIOR DESIGN – A wallet was taken from the lab.
    PERFORMING ARTS CENTER – A wallet was taken from the theater.
    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER – Someone reported the theft of a book bag.
    RUSSELL UNION – Two textbooks were taken and a radio damaged in a vehicle  in the parking lot.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department- 12  calls.
    Statesboro Police Department-  26 calls.
    University Police Department – one  call.
    Georgia State Patrol –  three  calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department – eight calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department –  eight  calls.
    Claxton Police Department –  two calls.
    Brooklet Police Department –  one  call.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued no calls Wednesday.
         
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County EMS – one accident call and 17  medical calls.
    Candler County EMS – seven  medical calls.
    Evans County EMS – seven  medical calls.
    Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls Wednesday:  five calls to Bulloch County First Responders, two calls to Bulloch Humane Enforcement, and a call to Emanuel County 911.
