Man wanted for questioning - photo by SPECIAL PHOTO
The Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department needs help in finding a man whose photo was snapped at a Statesboro ATM. The man is wanted for questioning in a Jan. 5 kidnapping, aggravated assault and robbery that occurred in Savannah’s westside community.
The man’s photo was taken at the ATM as he used credit cards belonging to a victim in the Savannah incident, said Anthony Fulton, spokesman for Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police public affairs.
While he is not considered a suspect, detectives consider the man in the photo to be a person of interest who may have information essential to solving this case, he said.
Anyone who recognizes this man and may know his whereabouts is asked to call the Savannah-Chatham County Police at  (912) 651-6694.
