A Statesboro man was arrested Wednesday on charges he raped a two-year-old child. Chandler Zackeary Powell, 25, Sandy Way, faces charges of rape, aggravated child molestation, child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes, said Statesboro Police Deputy Chief Rob Bryan. Police were notified Wednesday of the possible child molestation incident at a Sandy Way residence, he said.
