A Brooklet man and a juvenile who allegedly exchanged sexually explicit photos through electronic means each were arrested Wednesday. The 16-year-old girl was charged and turned over to parental custody, but Robert James Laroche, of Brown Street in Brooklet, is being held in jail without bond, said Bulloch County Sheriff Noel Brown. The teenager’s mother learned her daughter was “involved with” Laroche, 24, and took her to the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office, where she was interviewed by Investigator William Sims, he said.
