A Jesup man faces charges in Bulloch County after he reportedly sent graphic sexual messages via social media to his own daughter. Robert Andrew Groover, 46, of Jesup, is charged with sexual exploitation of a child and electronically furnishing obscene material to a minor, said Bulloch County sheriff's Chef Deputy Jared Akins. The mother of the 16-year-old victim reported the incidents on Jan. 30, filing a report at the sheriff's office, he said.
