Statesboro police arrested a man Friday after they say he choked a victim who was holding a baby. Statesboro Police Deputy Chief Rob Bryan said Jeffrey Kanyidi Moh, 20, of Jonesboro, was charged with aggravated assault (family violence), third-degree cruelty to children and wanted person after officers responded to a domestic dispute at Legacy Apartments on Woodland Drive. "Upon arrival, officers ... made contact with the occupants of the apartment and began an investigation," Bryan said.
