A Jenkins County man has been missing since Thursday, and Sheriff Robert Oglesby said he hopes citizens have information that will result in his being found safely. Louis C. "L.C." Burroughs, 74, of the Butts community, was last seen in his salvage yard Thursday, Oglesby said. Burroughs' family members contacted the Jenkins County Sheriff's Office Friday with concerns about him, and, "We searched all day," the sheriff said.
