Women of Ireland, a compilation of Riverdance performers, singers and musicians from Ireland will depict the pure qualities of Irish music in a contemporary setting. Tickets are on sale for $24 for the Saturday, March 3, 2012 concert.
The Rodgers & Hammerstein musical South Pacific will close out the spring series on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at 6 p.m. Sale price for the show is $36.
“Giving the gift of entertainment is something that your friends and family will remember well beyond the holiday season,” said Carol Thompson, director of Georgia Southern’s Performing Arts Center.  “This is the first time that we have done this type of promotion and with only a limited number of tickets available, we expect to sell out quick.”
Thompson says that the Performing Arts Center box office is open 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. during the holidays.
