Further charges filed in entering auto cases

Further charges were filed against three Sylvania men suspected in several recent entering auto cases, said Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson.

Martese Daquann Williams is still in Screven County Jail on unrelated charges, but when that issue is resolved, he will be transported to the Bulloch County Jail and held without bond on charges of entering auto, theft by taking firearm, felony theft by receiving stolen property, misdemeanor theft b receiving stolen property, felony burglary, felony possession of tools for the commission of a crime, felony financial transaction card theft and obstruction, he said.

Fabolous Mills and Cornelius Roberts are charged with entering auto, felony theft by taking firearm, felony theft by receiving stolen property, misdemeanor theft by receiving stolen property, felony possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and felony financial transaction card theft, Anderson said.

Mills and Roberts each remained in jail Friday, each with a $25,000 bond.

All property reported stolen in several cases around Berkshire subdivision and in the Pretoria Rushing Road area has been recovered, he said. There were 10 separate cases reported and cleared by the arrests of Mils, Roberts and Williams.

Anderson expressed appreciation for the Screven County Sheriff's Department for apprehending Williams after a lookout was posted, and said "Great job by the deputies and investigators of the Bulloch County Sheriff's Department."
