A man who told a woman that he "liked what he was doing" as he flashed his privates had committed the act before, said Madison Warren, Statesboro police community information specialist.
A previous warrant was already out for the arrest of Darius Ahmad Wigfall, 26, of Lanier Drive, on charges of public indecency for an incident that took place last summer, according to Bulloch County Jail records.
Wigfall apparently committed the act again Thursday when a woman at Seasons Apartments complained that he flashed his genitalia in her presence around 11:45 a.m. in the apartment complex parking lot, she said.
Statesboro police reports stated Wigfall asked the woman several questions and then told her that he "liked what he was doing," Warren said.
Wigfall had left the scene before police arrived, but he was located Monday at Eagle Court Apartments, where he was arrested around 9:45 a.m. on charges of two counts of public indecency, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and giving false information.
Wigfall is being held without bond at the Bulloch County Jail, according to jail records.
