Statesboro firefighters continue to investigate a Saturday night fire that displaced the occupants of five Chandler Road apartments. The cause of the blaze at Renaissance Apartments is yet unknown, Statesboro fire Chief Tim Grams said Monday. Firefighters were called to the scene at 8:11 p.m. Saturday in response to reports of heavy smoke and visible flames, he said.
