Today, Statesboro voters will not be the only ones going to the polls. Portal and Register voters will decide whether package alcohol will be sold on Sundays in those towns. Statesboro and Bulloch County residents voted in 2011 to allow Sunday package alcohol sales, but Brooklet voters denied Sunday sales that year and the city won’t have the subject on the ballots today.
