    Joseph Atticus Rigdon, 26, Indian Trail, Sylvania — driving with a suspended or revoked license.
    Mario Brian Childers, 20, Solomon Circle — simple battery (family violence), simple battery, first degree cruelty to children, giving a false identity to police officers, disorderly conduct, third degree cruelty to children.
    Donald Steven Horton, 33, Burkhalter Road — DUI, open container, improper stopping on roadway.
    Dwayne Winard Burke, 27, Mock Street, Sylvania — harassing phone calls.
    Dennis Ray Hines, 49, Riverside Drive, Guyton — DUI, no insurance, no tag, driving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to maintain lane.
    Thomas Roger Ruarks, 59, Pleasant Drive — DUI, open container.
    James David Krueger, 24, Gulick Avenue, Ft. Stewart — DUI, failure to dim headlights.
    Francisco Escodero, 20, W. Smith Street, Claxton — no driver's license, disobeying traffic control device.
    Benjamin Ryall Gerow, 32, Olliff Hill Lane — simple assault, disorderly conduct, simple battery, obstruction.
    Oscar Ramirez Cruz, 23, Eagle Trace Mobile Home Park — probation violation, entering auto, obstruction.
    Lynn Lanier Soto, 45, Southbend Drive — obstruction, probation violation.
    Tommy Charles Smith Jr., 19, Metter — obstruction.
    Willie James Roberson, 43, Larry Smith Mobile Home Park, Portal — aggravated assault.
    Dwight Wayne Arrington, 29, Pepperidge Drive, Augusta — driving with a suspended or revoked license, speeding, unlawful use of license plates.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Jose F. Lopez-Velasquez, 43, Oak Ridge Park, Ridgeland, SC — DUI (.086).
    Gregory Tyrone Foard, 35, Patch Street, Savannah — DUI (.105).
    Troopers issued 35 traffic violation citations Sunday.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      Officers issued one traffic citation Sunday.
     
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    HONEST JOHN'S — (West Parish Street) The pawn shop owner told police someone apparently tried to enter the building, causing damage to a place that had been repaired previously due to an attempted break-in. Police responded when an alarm sounded.
    GARDEN DISTRICT APARTMENTS — A man was charged with underage possession of  alcohol.
    WAL-MART — A store associate told police someone pried open a door to a manager's office and took a Nintendo Wii  game console valued at $249. The game console was found hidden under a cash register in electronics.
    CAMBRIDGE APARTMENTS — A man said two men forced him into his apartment, waving guns and demanding money. They took $100 and a cell phone and left after one man struck the victim in the head with a hand gun.
    PATE PLACE — A woman said her ex-boyfriend threw things all over her home, left and returned to take four bags of clothing and pour bleach in her car.
    WEST MAIN STREET — A woman said another female struck and shoved her during an argument.
    INTERNATIONAL HOUSE OF PANCAKES — A man and woman left without paying for about $20 worth of food.
    KENNEDY CONCRETE — Someone broke four windows by throwing pieces of concrete through the glass.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 31 warnings, assisted a motorist, and investigated two crashes with without injuries Sunday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    SOUTHERN PINES — Someone reported windows on three vehicles were broken in the parking lot. Several CDs were reported missing from each of the vehicles.
     FRIDAY — Officers assisted one motorist.
       SATURDAY —  Officers assisted one motorist.
    SUNDAY — Officers issued two traffic warnings  and assisted two motorists.
