    Amanda Paige Hight, 18, Mineral Springs — theft by shoplifting.
    Lizelle Mae Montilla, 18, Greenland Drive, Marietta — theft by shoplifting.
    Clifton W. Armstrong Jr., 37, Phillips Avenue, Pt. Wentworth — simple battery.
    Constance Danielle McCastle, 19, Coventry circle, Moultrie — theft by shoplifting.
    Jennifer Lynn Betke, 26, Avery Street, Savannah — criminal trespass.
    Santana Lundy, 22, Pine Street — aggravated assault.
    Chais Allen Sheffield, 23, East 39th Street, Savannah — battery, criminal damage to property.
    Johnny Will Williams, 46, Institute Street — aggravated assault, false imprisonment.
    Kristie Nicole Trudell, 19, Elaine Farm Road — wanted person.
    Jonathan Bragg, 29, Old Register Way — DUI, failure to maintain lane.
    Ricky Houston, 47, South Walnut Street — fourth offense driving with a suspended license, defective windshield, expired tag.
    Allison Kathleen Reed, 19, Kennedy Hall — DUI, following too closely.
    Alicia Leigh Bradford, 21, Longbow Drive, Stone Mountain — marijuana possession.
    Tyrone Jermaine McNeely, 23, Miller Street Extension — theft by receiving stolen property.

    Christopher Patrick Grissett, 36, Possum Trot Court , Ellabell —  bench warrant (state court, obstruction).
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued five citations Wednesday for traffic violations.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
       Jonathan W. Bell, 26,  Brooklet — public intoxication.
    Joshua L. Caesar, 24,  Park Place — entering auto.
    Cornelius Edwards, 21,  Rucker Lane — theft by taking and theft by deception.
   
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    MONTGOMERY DRIVE — A woman said her husband was irate and shattered a car window.
    GARDEN DISTRICT — A woman called police twice regarding men who left threatening notes, made threatening comments about damaging her vehicle, and who smeared chili cheese fries on her vehicle because she parked where it made it difficult for the men to drive around speed bumps.
    PLAYERS CLUB APARTMENTS — A woman said a roommate threatened her.
    CLYDE'S MARKET — (Fair Road) A woman said a man she knows only by name calls her at work repeatedly, making comments of an increasingly sexual nature, and she is worried about what he may do next.
    MULBERRY COURT — A woman said another female slapped her in the face, causing injury requiring she seek treatment at the hospital.
    JEF ROAD — A man reported the theft of a tackle box and fishing equipment.
    ST. JAMES PLACE APARTMENTS —  A woman said a man threatened and harassed her regarding her friend.
    SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — A woman said two females attacked her and broke a lobby door, then called her later to harass her.
    CUTIE PIE FASHIONS — A woman reported two juveniles shoplifted several clothing items.
    WAL-MART — A woman stuffed several CDs and DVDs in her purse after removing them from packages.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    OGEECHEE DRIVE — (Statesboro) Deputies arrested two juveniles for stealing mail.
    CEDARWOOD PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL SCHOOL — (Statesboro) A woman reported an incident of battery regarding an unruly juvenile.
    LANGSTON CHAPEL MIDDLE SCHOOL — (Statesboro) An administrator reported an unruly juvenile held a pair of scissors as a weapon against another juvenile's neck.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 11 warnings and investigated five crashes with six reported injuries Wednesday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    COLLEGE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY — A book bag was taken from the building.
    KENNEDY HALL — Someone reported an Xbox was taken.
     Officers issued two traffic warnings and assisted two motorists and two sick persons Wednesday.     
    
Animal Shelter Reports
    During the week of April 23-29, the Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter reported the following activity:
    Animals received:
    Surrendered by citizens — two dogs and four cats.
    Number in litters surrendered — eight puppies and 21 kittens.
    Bulloch Humane Enforcement — a dog and three cats.
    Statesboro City Animal Control — two dogs.
    Animals dispatched:
    Shelter adoptions — a cat and a dog.
    Humane Society/rescue group adoptions — four dogs and a cat.
    Returned to owners — one cat.
    Euthanized — 36 dogs and 17 cats.
    Other business:
    Warnings — five issued.
    Citations — three issued.
    Adoption fees collected — $70
    Surrender fees collected — $30
    Return animal fines — $25
    Miscellaneous — $10

    Statesboro Police Department — 12 calls.
    University Police Department — two calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — nine calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — two calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — three calls.
    Claxton Police Department — one call.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls and 10 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — two  medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — three medical calls.
