Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 27 traffic violation citations Thursday.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
       Samantha Lynn Wilmoth, 21,  Bermuda Run — public intoxication.
       Officers issued one traffic citation Thursday.     
    
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A man said he discovered a woman he was dating was married, so he broke things off. He told her not to come to his house, but she did so anyway and poured beer on his bed, broke a cell phone and scratched him until he bled.
    In a separate incident at Park Place, a woman reported a burglary and told police the offenders took a surround sound system and a DVD player.
    ST. JAMES PLACE — A man told police his girlfriend's ex-boyfriend drove past his house, yelling. He said another man by the name Jason, whom he does not know, sent him text messages that made him uncomfortable. Police reports described the text messages as "ambiguous and unclear."
    RUDE RUDY'S — A man reported a tan 2000 Silverado truck stolen. The truck was involved in an accident and the owner told police he did not recognize the girl driving the truck when it was wrecked.

    Troopers issued 42 traffic warnings, and assisted five motorists Thursday.

    Candler County EMS — one fire call and two medical calls.
