Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests   
    Clinton Delemer Monkman, 29, Riverview Road — disorderly conduct, simple battery (family violence).
    Daniel Louis Baltes, 30, Old River Road — battery (family violence).
    Richard Baker, 45, Jekyll Street — simple battery (family violence), third degree cruelty to children, obstruction of an officer.
    William Ray Tussey III, 17, Rustin Street — DUI, failure to maintain lane.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 14 traffic violation citations Sunday.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      Officers issued two traffic citations Saturday.
         
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    STAMBUCK LANE — A woman said her ex boyfriend came over to talk and pushed her, then refused to leave.
    CAMBRIDGE AT SOUTHERN — A man was harassing several females who were on a balcony, so they called police. Officers escorted the man to his home.
    THE LODGE APARTMENTS — A woman said two females threatened to harm her.
    DUNLAP STREET — A woman told police someone knocked on her door and when she answered, a man struck her in the  face. In an earlier report she told police the man, the father of her child, would not return her child to her.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 11 warnings, assisted three motorists and investigated four crashes with two reported injuries Sunday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
     SATURDAY — Officers issued two traffic warnings.
    SUNDAY —  Officers issued two traffic warnings, assisted one motorist and responded to one fire alarm.
