Statesboro Police Arrests     
    Anthony Adams, 25, Morris Heights — probation warrant.
    Robert Raymond Highers, 26, Eagle Court Apartments — disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, obstruction.
    Reinaldo Uscap-Hernandez, 27, Green House Avenue — public drunkenness.
    Christine Michele Koch, 20, Byron — forgery.
    Patrice Thomas Ellison, 38, Whispering Pines Avenue — financial transaction card theft, financial transaction card fraud.
    Doy Love, 46, Burkhalter Road — theft by taking (automobile).

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests    
    James Hamilton Kennedy, 25, Highway 24 — DUI, defective brake light.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 20 traffic violation citations Friday.

Statesboro Police Incidents    
    ELM STREET — A man reported a woman hit him with an iron curtain rod during an altercation.
    NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST — A man reported people in two trucks threw trash at him and harassed him while he was walking.
    OAKLEAF DRIVE — A man reported $500 stolen from his home.
            
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    HIGHWAY 67 — (Statesboro) — A woman reported her daughter stole her checkbook and forged a check in Statesboro. Deputies advised her to file a report with the Statesboro Police Department.
    KENNEDY BRIDGE ROAD (Register) — A woman reported she and a juvenile offender were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical. The juvenile was arrested.
    J.M. STRICKLAND ROAD (Register) — A man reported a Honda Four Trax stolen from his home.
    BLACK CREEK CHURCH ROAD (Brooklet) — A woman reported she and another women were involved in a verbal altercation regarding a child custody issue.
    BELL ROAD (Statesboro) — A man reported a portable DVD player, Nintendo DS and several games stolen from  his car.
    BROOMSTRAW TRACE (Ellabell) — A woman reported her juvenile daughter ran away. Deputies later located her and placed her under arrest for unruly juvenile.
    JERRY HALL ROAD (Statesboro) — A woman reported returning home to find her side window open and her house in disarray. A shotgun, knife and $300 were reported missing.
    HIGHWAY 301 SOUTH (Statesboro) — Woman reported she was moving out of a home she shared with a man and reported getting into an argument. She said he broke her cell phone. He reported she hit him in the head and leg with a broom.
    CRANE LANE (Statesboro) — A woman reported her juvenile son left a note saying he was running away and never returning. A few hours later, he returned and the woman brought him to the sheriff's department for processing.
    LAKEVIEW ROAD (Statesboro) — A woman reported a credit card stolen.
    LIVE OAK LANE ROAD (Pembroke) — A woman reported her daughter driving a truck that nearly struck a man.
    WILLIAMS LANDING ROAD (Statesboro) — A man reported someone had been going into his home without permission.
    HIGHWAY 24 (Statesboro) — A woman reported damage to her mailbox.
    OGEECHEE DRIVE WEST (Statesboro) — A woman reported a juvenile came into her yard and let her dogs out of their pen.
    ALLENWOOD DRIVE (Statesboro) — A man reported a case of harassment.
    PAMELA WAY (Statesboro) — Deputies responded to an altercation between two teenagers.
            
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    Troopers issued 29 warnings, assisted eight motorists and investigated nine crashes with four reported injuries Friday.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Friday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls, eight medical calls and one rescue call.
    Candler County EMS — one accident call and four medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — one medical call.    
    Central 911 operators also routed  two calls to Bryan County 911 and one call to Poison Control.
