Statesboro Police Arrests    
    Oliverio Juarez Ruiz, 23, Highway 80 West — driving while unlicensed.
            
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests   
    Larry Steven Parrish, 21, Dry Branch Village — probation violation.
    Cedric Antonio Raymond, 29, East Lee Street — theft by conversion.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 10 citations for traffic related offenses Monday.
   
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    UNIVERSITY PLAZA — Police issued a citation for underage possession of alcohol.
    CAMPUS COURTYARD — A man reported another man threatened to beat him up over a dispute regarding a keg of beer.
    NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST — Following a traffic stop, police issued a citation for not having valid insurance and driving with a suspended license.
    FIRST SOUTHERN BANK — A man reported his wife (now ex-wife) withdrew $24,000 from his 401k account without his knowledge.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A man reported his car stolen.
    DEANNE DRIVE — A woman reported someone kicked open the back door of a home, but it wasn't known if anything was missing.
    LESTER ROAD — Police and emergency services responded to a home to find a deceased person. The cause of death was unknown and the case is under investigation.
    HAWTHORNE ROAD — A woman reported someone pried open her bedroom door causing minor damage.
    MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. DRIVE — A man reported tools stolen from his truck.
    UNIVERSITY PLACE — A woman reported she's separated from her husband and when she went to visit him, he pushed her.
            
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    LAKE COLLINS ROAD (Statesboro) — A woman reported several medications stolen from her home.
    HIGHWAY 46 (Statesboro) — A man reported someone drove a golf cart into a portable toilet which caused some damage to the side of the frame.
    CIRCLE DRIVE (Statesboro) — A woman said she had a "For Sale" sign in the yard and returned one day to find it had been knocked down.
    STILSON-LEEFIELD ROAD (Brooklet) — A woman reported receiving harassing phone calls and emails from an unknown person.
    ELDORA ROAD (Ellabell) — A man reported his neighbor was burning leaves and the fire spread faster than his neighbor anticipated, which resulted in damage to his chain link fence and some vinyl siding.
    MUDD ROAD (Brooklet) — A woman reported her ex-boyfriend came by her work and told her to either take him back or the relationship was over. She didn't take him back and then later in the day, her children returned home to say someone had been in their home and stolen several things from the house.
    MILLER STREET EXT. (Statesboro) — A woman reported a young man called her, claiming to be from Medicare Health Systems, and asked her several questions regarding her personal information. She notified the sheriff's department who advised her not to give out personal information over the phone and to contact them again if she has any further problems.
    SOUTHEAST BULLOCH HIGH SCHOOL (Brooklet) — Deputies responded to the school following a fight in which one boy accused another of stealing a CD.
    HIGHWAY 80 EAST (Statesboro) — A man reported his ex-girlfriend owned him $60 and they agreed to meet for her to pay him back. When they did, a man threw $30 at his face and threw him up against the vehicle. When contacted by deputies, the man said he lost his temper.
    HIGHWAY 301 SOUTH (Register) — A man reported another man came on his property and tried to start a fight with his son.
    BARN MOBILE HOME PARK — A woman reported the father of her child came to pick up the child without any advance notice. When she refused, he pushed her several times and threatened to kill her.
    ARCOLA ROAD (Statesboro) — A man reported seeing a man on the news who was arrested for stealing several tractors as the same man he'd recently bought a back  hoe from. He said the equipment had recently been painted and had no visible VIN plates.
    ARTHUR NUBURN ROAD (Statesboro) — A man reported being struck in the head, requiring stitches. He said he didn't know who hit him.
    PARRISH ROAD (Statesboro) — A man reported another man owns property near his residence and comes over to shoot firearms in the air to harass him.
    PULASKI ROAD (Statesboro) — A man said his ex-wife was on his property removing her belongings. The man said he wanted her to be issued a criminal trespass warning for being on the property.
    MINCEY ROAD (Brooklet) — A man reported another man hit him in the back of the head, but did not wish to press charges.
    MOORE ROAD (Statesboro) — A woman reported several items, including her cell phone, money and stereo equipment, stolen from her truck while she was at a party.
    HIGHWAY 301 NORTH (Statesboro) — A man reported some juveniles playing on a tractor and the tractor rolled off the trailer.
    MCELVEEN KENDRICK ROAD (Statesboro) — A man reported his ex-girlfriend and her current boyfriend came to pick up her child. When they arrived, a fight ensued. The child was placed in the car and she later sent him a text message saying he'll never see his son again.
    SPELL MINCEY WEST (Portal) — A man said a woman made verbal threats to him and wanted her to leave the residence.
    ALLISON LANE (Register) — A woman, who appeared to be intoxicated, requested deputies kick her husband out of the house, saying he pulled her arm, though there were no visible injuries. The husband was already out of the house when deputies arrived.
    OLD HAPPY LANE (Brooklet) — Deputies arrested a juvenile girl after she admitted to her mother that she'd snuck out of the house to see a boy.
    HOMER BUNCH ROAD (Statesboro) — A woman reported several mailboxes damaged.
    BRANNEN FARM ROAD (Statesboro) — A woman reported getting into a fight with another woman at a party. She said she was pushed into a fire and had, according to her, third-degree burns on her hands. She went to the hospital where she was treated and then went to the sheriff's department to file a report.
    HIGHWAY 80 WEST (Statesboro) — A woman reported a man hit her in the mouth with a closed fist.
    HIGHWAY 67 (Brooklet) — A woman reported her sunroof damaged while she was in a restaurant eating
    DODD CIRCLE (Statesboro) — A man reported returning home when a man approached him and pulled out a gun, demanding money. He said he didn't have any and the suspect searched his pockets. When the suspect couldn't find any money, he fled the scene into the woods.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 16 warnings, assisted four motorists and investigated five crashes with two reported injuries Monday.

    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - 12 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 12 calls.
    University Police Department — no calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — six calls.

    Candler County Sheriff's Department — four calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — two calls.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — one call.
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — no calls.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls and 11 medical calls.
    Candler County EMS — one accident call and one medical call.
