    Timotheus Matthew Stover, 25, Lanier Drive — bench warrant.
    Claude Zimbalist Byrd, 43, Magnolia Boulevard, Metter — failure to maintain lane, driving with a suspended license, open container, marijuana possession, DUI.
    Emmanuel Villegas Mejia, 26, Knight Drive  — DUI, open container, driving without license on person, passing in a no passing zone.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests    
    Kristen Bell, 24, Dutch Ford Road, Metter — DUI (.121).
    Troopers issued 11 traffic violation citations Monday.
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      William James Bremer, 20, Debra Road, Savannah — underage possession/consumption of alcohol and possession  of a false I.D.
    Itoro Victor Mbaba, 19,  Cambridge Apartments — theft by shoplifting.
    Marcos Abraham Ramirez, 19, Campus Courtyard Apartments — theft by receiving stolen property and underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
    Colin Terrell Byrne, 20,  Oliver Court, Columbus — DUI and reckless driving.
    Matthew Ryan Gordon, 20,  Southern Courtyard — DUI and failure to maintain lane.
      Taylor Randall Thaw, 19,  Devonwood Drive, St. Simons — DUI and headlight requirements.
       FRIDAY — Officers issued two traffic citations.
    SATURDAY — Officers issued four traffic citations.
    SUNDAY — Officers issued one traffic citation.
Statesboro Police Incidents    
    WILDWOOD VILLAS — Two men fought over a female and one was arrested.
    ZETTEROWER AVENUE — A woman left a bicycle at a friend's house, and discovered it had been stolen.
    EAGLE LANDINGS — A woman left her purse at a friend's apartment, then found an Ipod and camera missing.
    WOODLANDS APARTMENTS — A woman reported seeing a man striking a female in an SUV.
    PLANTATION VILLAS — A woman said her ex-boyfriend broke a window with his fist.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A  woman reported a burglary and said a washer and dryer were taken.
    WAL-MART — A woman was caught stealing makeup.
    THE EXCHANGE APARTMENTS — A woman said her boyfriend struck her in the face and kicked a door, damaging it.
    FAIR ROAD — A woman saw three men trying to break into a Wachovia ATM.    
    WEST JONES AVENUE — A woman said her boyfriend and daughter argued over the girls' birth certificate and she struck him, tearing his shirt.
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents

Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    Troopers issued six warnings, assisted a motorist, and made one emergency relay of blood or medical supplies Monday.
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    SOUTHERN PINES APARTMENTS — The Georgia Southern University’s Office of Public  Safety is investigating a report by a university student that she was sexually assaulted by  an acquaintance Sunday.
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Someone reported a vehicle  scratched in the   parking lot. IN a separate incident another person reported vehicle damage.
    FRIDAY — Officers issued seven traffic  warnings, assisted two motorists, and responded to two alarms.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — Someone reported a case of harassment.
    SATURDAY — Officers issued three traffic warnings and assisted two motorists and one sick person.
    SUNDAY — Officers issued three traffic warnings,
 assisted one motorist, and responded to two alarms.

    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — nine calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 10 calls.
    University Police Department — one call.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — three calls.
    Brooklet Police — two calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — seven calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — one call.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County EMS — 14 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — two medical call.  
    Evans County EMS — one medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed a call to Emanuel County 911, a call to Effingham County 911 and a call to Bryan County 911 .
