Statesboro Police Arrests     
    Genaro Carmona, 23, Lanier Drive — wanted person.
    Nicholas Christopher Ives, 23, Lancelot Court — speeding, DUI.
    Justin Eddie Green, 18, Autumn Drive, Byron — battery.
    James M. Thompson Jr., 19, Juniper Creek Road — criminal trespass.
    Tatyana Alexis Hopkins, 21, Morris Street — possession of marijuana with intent to to distribute.
    Otis Lee Budgett, 42, Oak Street — failure to maintain lane, driving with a suspended license, open container, DUI (refused test).
    William Floyd Hester Sr., 20, East Jones Avenue — simple battery
    Jared Paul Richter, 29, West Water Lane — failure to maintain lane, DUI.
    Travis Wayne Sowers, 28, Scuffletown Road, Guyton — criminal trespass.
    Daniel Duane Lees, 55, Forest Beach Drive, Hilton Head Island — theft of services, public intoxication, obstruction.
                
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests    
    Lisa Marie Kendrick, 45, Cross Creek Farm Road,Brooklet —     battery, reckless driving.
    Dawn Renee Phillips, 30, Ga. 67 — financial identity fraud, theft by deception, possession of checks, drafts, or orders printed with incorrect information.
    Daniel Alfredo Castillo-Contreras, 27, Billy Mikell Road — headlight violations, open container, driving while unlicensed.
        
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Willie E. Moore, 38,  Ga. 46 — DUI (.217)
    Troopers issued nine traffic violation citations Monday.
            
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      Frankie Lee Melvin, 43,  West Inman Street — knowingly driving a vehicle on suspended, canceled or revoked registration; and no proof of insurance.
     Officers issued one traffic citation Monday.       
    
Statesboro Police Incidents    
    WILDWOOD VILLAS — A woman said she and a man were engaging in horseplay in a vehicle when he struck her with a cologne bottle. She did not know whether or not it was intentional but wanted a report anyway.
    WILLOW BEND APARTMENTS — A man said his ex-girlfriend parked with her headlights shining at his bedroom window, then flashed them on and off. She also sent text  messages.
    BRIDAL CREATIONS — Someone shoplifted four formal gowns valued between $400 and $450 each.
    ELKS LODGE — A woman told police she argued with her sister over her boyfriend, then the man they were arguing about struck her in the face with his fist because he did not like what she said about  him.
    In a separate incident a man said he fought with another man who cut him with a box cutter. The victim met with police at the hospital.
    UNIVERSITY PLACE APARTMENTS — An officer saw a man sitting on top of another man, striking him in  the face with a tennis shoe.
    In a separate incident, a man reported being "jumped" by five men. He  suffered lacerations to his face and a swollen eye.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
     MILL CREEK ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said someone entered a vehicle and  took several power tools, a CD player and two speakers.
    MUD ROAD — (Brooklet) A woman said she and a man were visiting when another woman called t here, threatening to shoot her and burn her house down.
    JACKIE HART ROAD — (Statesboro) A man told deputies someone placed a white plastic lawn chair under his carport underneath the access to his attic. He said this is not the first time similar incidents have occurred.
    BOWEN ROAD —(Portal) A man said his wife removed items from their home. At a later date the woman called deputies when her husband approached her with a firearm when she tried to remove some of her property.
    LIVE OAK LOOP — (Pembroke) A deputy responded to a call about a civil matter between neighbors.  The two friends argued about who did what for each other and how " one is an alcoholic and the other is a dope head," according to sheriff's reports.
    SCARLET PLACE — (Brooklet) A woman told deputies a man has been harassing her by making sexual comments to her. He has also told her children to " go to school and tell their teacher their mom is never home" so social workers will take them away from their parents and they can " come live with him and his wife," according to reports.
        
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    Troopers issued four warnings and investigated one crash Monday.
        
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    EAGLE VILLAGE — A cell phone and a textbook were taken.
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD —  A domestic dispute was reported.
    LEWIS HALL — Somene said $20 was taken.
   Officers issued one traffic citation and eight traffic warnings, and assisted eight motorists and one sick person Monday.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 15  calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 20  calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — six calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — three calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — two  calls.
    
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — one call.
    Bulloch County volunteer firefighters — one call.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County EMS — seven medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — three medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — four medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed a call to Bryan County 911.
