Statesboro Police Arrests          

            Jason Crowder, 25, River Bend Road — possession of marijuana.

            Michael Brandon Lodge, 20, Jones Mill Road — possession of marijuana.

            Carl Smith Pearsall, 46, Deloach Street — leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run.

            Yantii Annderrell Wilkerson, 23, Lanier Drive — battery.

            Tyrone Jackson, 28, Palmetto Court — restriction on sex offenders living or loitering near a day care, loitering.

            Jessica Ann Thomas, 25, Packinghouse Road — battery.

            Larry Terrill Scarboro, 31, West Main Street — battery.

                                   

Bulloch Sheriff’s Arrests

Georgia State Patrol Arrests

            s Jerry Anthony Brown, 40, Sinkhole Road — DUI (refused test.)

            s Troopers issued 21 traffic violation citations Thursday.

Statesboro Police Incidents      

            FAIR ROAD — Police responded to a verbal dispute between a husband and wife regarding her job. No evidence of a physical altercation was present.

            LANIER DRIVE — Police responded to a party with more than 200 people at Campus Club apartments. The occupants of the apartment could not be located, but police said they would speak with the management of the complex and issue citations to those living in the apartment hosting the party.

            NORTH MAIN STREET — Police pulled a car over and the occupants fled the scene. A search of the car found marijuana and crack cocaine.

            SPRINGDALE ROAD — Police and firefighters responded to a fire. No injuries were reported.

            JOHNSON STREET — A juvenile girl was arrested for being unruly.

            NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST — A woman reported two man approached her and said they found a large sum of money and would split it with her. After two and a half hours, they had managed to take $819 from her and then dropped her off in the Kmart parking lot.

            JONES MILL ROAD — A woman reported being raped at knife point.

            SOUTH ZETTEROWER AVENUE — A man reported someone broke into a vending machine and stole $410 and did $100 worth of damage to the machine.

            DEBBIE DRIVE — Police and firefighters responded to a fire in the back yard. A fence was damaged, but there were no reported injuries.

            KNIGHT DRIVE — A man reported someone kicked down his door while he was sleeping, but nothing was reported missing.

            HIGHWAY 24 — A woman reported her cell phone and cash stolen from her purse.

            GEORGIA AVENUE — A man reported his ex-girlfriend and her friend damaged his truck.

            UNIVERSITY PLAZA — A woman reported a bouncer told her a man broke the mirror off of her car. He told police the incident occurred when the bouncers threw him from the club.

             SOUTH MAIN STREET — A man reported another man tried to steal a gun, but was stopped before he could get it.

             NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST — Police responded to a restaurant to find glass shattered. Nothing appeared to be missing.           

             HIGHWAY 67 SOUTH — A man said he was arguing with his girlfriend and wished for her to leave, which she did.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents  

            Troopers issued 24 warnings, assisted in one emergency relay of blood or medical supplies and investigated six crashes with four reported injuries Friday.

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Friday:

            s Statesboro Fire Department — six calls.

            s Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — five calls.

            s Metter Fire Department — two calls.

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Friday:

            s Bulloch County EMS — one accident call, nine medical calls, one fire call and one rescue call .  

            s Candler County EMS — one accident call.

            s Evans County EMS — two accident calls and one medical call.

            s Operators also dispatched one call to Bryan County 911.
