Statesboro Police Arrests    
    Esmond Mohomad Williams, 23, Emerald Drive, Savannah — wanted person.
            
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests   
    Arrest information unavailable due to holiday (Good Friday).
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     Leslie Raymon Black, 38, Oliver Highway, Newington — DUI (refused test).
    Troopers issued 10 traffic violation citations Thursday.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
       Officers issued two traffic citations Thursday.
        
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — Police responded to a domestic disturbance between a man and woman over finances.
    In a separate incident, a woman said her boyfriend threw a phone, striking her in the stomach. She is six months pregnant, she said. The argument was over money.
    STATESBORO RENT-A-CAR — A man filed several complaints regarding civil matters including nonpayment of late fees, rental fees and damages.
    WILBURN CIRCLE — A man reported the theft of a black and purple Trek mountain bike.
    FLASH FOODS/GA. 67 — Someone called the store and convinced the assistant  manager on duty to do two Western Union transactions totaling $2,119.98.
    FASTENAL — Someone shattered a glass window and took $325 and other items.
    WEST MAIN STREET — A man said someone stole a yellow and red bike from the bed of his truck parked in a parking space.
    DINGUS MAGEES — A woman said a man she knows only by name is stalking her. She said he goes to her work place, sent a  letter to her, and tried to access her phone number and address by using school records.
    HONEST JOHN'S PAWN SHOP — A man tried to take a firearm from a display case.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents

Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 14 warnings, assisted four motorists and investigated four crashes with no reported injuries Thursday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    JOHNSON HALL — Someone reported being harassed.
    WATSON HALL — Someone reported a laptop computer was taken.
     Officers issued four traffic warnings, investigated one traffic accident and responded to two fire alarms Thursday.

    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — four calls.
