Statesboro Police Arrests
        Mark Randall Arnold II, 22, West Gentilly Drive - DUI, driving with a suspended license.
        Lee Delaurelle Williams, 21, Church Street¸ - failure to maintain lane, DUI.
        Robert Stuart Richards, 27, South Mulberry Street - leaving the scene of an accident ( hit and run), disorderly conduct, DUI.
        Earnest Lashon Roberts, 34, Proctor Street - obstruction.
        Additional arrests made Thursday through Monday will be reported Tuesday.
        
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
        Arrests made Thursday through Monday will be reported Tuesday.
               
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
        Arrests made Friday through Monday will be reported Tuesday.
                
Georgia Southern University Arrests
        Arrests made Friday through Monday will be reported Tuesday.
                 
Statesboro Police Incidents
        SAV-A-LOT -     A woman reported a former employee and his girlfriend threatened her. The man was fired because his girlfriend and he took merchandise that was not paid for, reports stated.
        WAL-MART - Four shoplifters were caught concealing clothing in their purses.
        RUDE RUDY'S - An unruly customer, asked to leave, punched a glass window and shattered it before fleeing.
        CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS - A  man said another man  threatened him.
        THE EXCHANGE APARTMENTS - A woman reported a man banging on her door. Police discovered the man was her ex-boyfriend, and he left after obtaining property that was his.
        PROCTOR STREET - A woman's ex-boyfriend refused to leave until police arrived. He fled, but was caught and charged with obstruction.
       
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
        ANDERSON ROAD - (Statesboro) A man reported receiving harassing calls from another man about the offender's girlfriend's child.
        SOUTHEAST BULLOCH HIGH SCHOOL - (Brooklet) Two juveniles were arrested for fighting.
        LANGSTON CHAPEL ROAD - A woman reported a safe stolen from a residence she manages. The safe was empty.
        FOYE WILSON ROAD - (Statesboro) A woman said someone stole 16 Pomeranian, Chihuahua, Yorkshire Terrier and Poodle puppies from her kennel.

Animal Shelter Reports
        During the period between March 23-29, the Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter recorded the following activity:
        Animals incoming:
        Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, rural areas - five dogs and one cat.
        Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, Statesboro city limits - three dogs and seven cats.
        Surrendered by citizens - seven dogs and five cats.
        Number in surrendered litters - 11 puppies and four kittens.
        Animals outgoing:
        Shelter adoptions - four dogs.
        Returned to owners -  one dog and one cat.
        Euthanized from isolation floor -  14 dogs and eight cats.
        Euthanized from adoption floor - two dogs.
        Humane Enforcement calls:
        Opossum complaints - one.
        Bird complaints - one.
        Snake complaints - one.
        Court summons/citations - one.
        Warnings issued - 10.
        Money collected:
        Adoption fees  - $140.
        Surrender fees - $70.
        Returned animal fines - $60.
        Donations - $3.
