ä BELIEVE IN the Blue,” Child Abuse Prevention Project, will be held April 1 at Triangle Park, downtown Statesboro, beginning at 9 a.m. Hosted by Exchange Club of Statesboro to kick off Child Abuse Prevention Month.

ä AVERITT CENTER Night will be held April 1, 5–8 p.m., at Zaxby’s. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Averitt Center.

ä THE PORTAL Heritage Society will meet April 1 at the Heritage House. Potluck dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. followed by the meeting at 7 p.m.

ä THE ARCHIBALD Bulloch Chapter, NSDAR Meeting will be held April 4 at the Honey Bowen Building. Refreshments will be served at 2 p.m. followed by business meeting at 2:30 p.m. Program, “Women’s Issues,” will be presented by Dr. Charlene Black.
