ä MEMORIAL SERVICE and Wreath Laying will be held Saturday at the Confederate Monument on the Bulloch County Courthouse Square beginning at 10 a.m. with William Bowers, historian and author, as speaker. Held in observance of Confederate History and Heritage Month. Conducted by Ogeechee Rifles Camp #941, Sons of Confederate Veterans.

ä KNITTING & Crocheting Club will meet Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Adult Sitting Area of Statesboro Regional Library.

ä BELIEVE IN the Blue,” Child Abuse Prevention Project, will be held April 1 at Triangle Park, downtown Statesboro, beginning at 9 a.m. Hosted by Exchange Club of Statesboro to kick off Child Abuse Prevention Month.

ä AVERITT CENTER Night will be held April 1, 5–8 p.m., at Zaxby’s. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Averitt Center.
