ä FREE ADMITTANCE will be granted to all cancer patients and survivors on Friday to Statesboro High School’s varsity soccer game beginning at 7 p.m.

ä THE BULLOCH COUNTY Historical Society will meet Feb. 25 in the fellowship hall of Pittman Park United Methodist Church, Fair Road. Program, “North and South Main Streets, A Story Told Through Postcards,” will be presented by Virginia Anne Waters. A Dutch treat lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. The program begins at noon.

ä MASQUERADE $5 Jewelry & Accessories Fundraising Sale will be held Feb. 25-26 in the Education Room of East Georgia Regional Medical Center. Hours: Monday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m.; and Tuesday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m. Sponsored by EGRMC’s Auxiliary. Proceeds will benefit the scholarship program for Georgia Southern University and Ogeechee Technical College and local charities.
