ä TEEN DIY/Makerspace will be held Thursday in the Teen Activity Room of Statesboro Regional Library beginning at 4 p.m. For ages 12–18.

ä THE BULLOCH COUNTY Historical Society will meet Jan. 28 in the fellowship hall of Pittman Park United Methodist Church, Fair Road. Program: “Preserving Bulloch County History With the Georgia Southern Museum and University Libraries.” A Dutch treat lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. The program begins at noon.

ä WORKSHOP, “How to Be Successful By Standing Out,” will be held Jan. 30 in the Emma Kelly Theater beginning at 10 a.m. General admission is $25, $20 for Chamber of Commerce members. Coffee and Cards begins at 9 a.m. Tickets available by calling (912) 212-2787 or at averittcenterforthearts.org.
