A tip about a stolen truck Monday led investigators to the discovery of a methamphetamine lab in a Rocky Ford Road home. The investigation continues regarding the 1999 Ford Ranger, reported stolen to the Statesboro Police Department, Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson said in a news release issued Tuesday. However, investigators with the Statesboro-Bulloch Crime Suppression Team arrested Richard Lanier, 42, and Staci Street Anderson, 45, both of Rocky Ford Road in Garfield, after finding "an active methamphetamine lab" inside the home, Lynn Anderson said.
