A gang-related confrontation between teenagers at Park Place Apartments on Saturday ended with one 19-year-old and a younger juvenile under arrest. Carl Bernard Heath, 19, of Pine Street, was arrested on charges of criminal street gang activity, first-degree cruelty to children, felony contributing to the delinquency of a minor and simple battery, according to Bulloch County Jail reports. A juvenile faces similar charges as well, said Statesboro police Sgt. Jake Saxon.
