A Millegdeville man was killed Sunday in a single-vehicle accident on Interstate 16, caused by a tire blow out. Four others, including the driver of the vehicle, were seriously injured, according to Georgia State Patrol reports. David J. Kitchens, 33, North Main Street, Milledgeville, was pronounced dead at the scene, reports said.
