The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Blanca Maria Beltran of Bluffton, South Carolina. The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Milton Parker of Sylvania, Georgia, and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Leslie Beard of Sylvania.
