    Mrs. Nell Pollette of Swainsboro, Georgia proudly announces the engagement of her daughter, Amber Michelle Pollette, to Kevin James Stewart of Statesboro.
    The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Sylvia Braswell and granddaughter of Nell Pollette and the late Hugh Pollette of Swainsboro. She is a Swainsboro High School honor graduate, an East Georgia College graduate and a Georgia Southern University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in middle grades education. She is employed by the Burke County Board of Education as a seventh-grade science teacher for Burke County Middle School.
    The future groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Stewart of Statesboro. He is the grandson of the late Mr. Carl D. Moseley Sr. of Guyton, Georgia, and Ms. Sadie M. Walker of Brooklet and the late Mr. and Mrs. Finnie B. Stewart of Statesboro. He is a Statesboro High graduate and is employed by Northside Cabinets, Inc., and Indian Lake Farms.
    The wedding is planned for March 21, 2015, at Dellwood Baptist Church at 5:30 in the evening.
    The reception will follow at Beaver Creek Plantation.
    Following the wedding, the bride and groom plan to reside in Millen.
